2018 Law and Society Association Child Care Grant

LSA has grants of $300 available to assist Annual Meeting participants who are bringing small children or who incur extra expenses in leaving them at home (i.e., extra daycare or babysitting services beyond what they normally use).

The applications will open February 1st and close March 2nd. Applications must be completed through our online submission system, Submittable. In the event that the number of requests for grants exceeds the funding available, preference will be given to applicants in the early stage of their careers and to those who have a lower income. All applicants will be notified of acceptance/rejection no later than mid-March.

Applicant Eligibility:

Reimbursement may be requested for eligible expenses up to the maximum amount of the grant. Expenses in excess of the award amount must be borne by the individual recipient.
