The Association publishes a Newsletter three times a year to inform members about the operations of the Association and developments in the field. It conveys information about the annual meeting, elections of officers, the work of committees, professional awards, job opportunities, and the like. In addition, it notifies members of opportunities for research funding, Association educational programs, and conferences of related groups.
The Newsletter is distributed as an electronic copy only. Current issues are available only to members.
Notices and information appropriate for publication in the Newsletter should be sent to newsletter@lawandsociety.org. Deadlines for successive issues are the end of the months of February (for March publication), June (for July publication), and October (for November publication).
In addition, the Association also maintains a bulletin board, open to public viewing and posting, for professional notices, job listing, meeting connections, etc. The board is open to public but requires registration to post. Once registered for the first time send your login name to pipkin@lawandsociety.org to activate posting privileges.
