Procedure for Contributing to the Fund to Establish the Stan Wheeler Prize for Mentorship

If you wish to make a contribution to help endow the prize fund in Stan Wheeler's name, please use the membership/contribution form

• in the pull down menu, select Contribution Only;
• enter your first and last name in the appropriate boxes;
• go to Dues and Contribution Categories and in the pull down menu select Contribution Wheeler Endowment;
• enter total contribution in the Total to be Charged box;
• complete the credit card payment section
• submit form

In the event the prize is not authorized by the Trustees or insufficient funds are raised to endow the prize your contribution will be returned or, at your request, applied to another contribution category. Contributions by U.S. members are federal tax deductible.
