Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA)

Canada’s new entry requirement for visa-exempt foreign nationals travelling to Canada by air. Exceptions include U.S. citizens and travellers with a valid visa. Eligible travellers can apply online for an eTA. Travellers will need an eTA before they can board a flight to Canada.

Union Pearson Express (UP Express) connects Canada’s two busiest transportation hubs: Toronto Pearson International Airport and Union Station in downtown Toronto. UP Express trains depart every 15 minutes and the journey takes just 25 minutes. First train departs Pearson Station at 05:27 and last train at 00:57. Child Care

LSA grants for up to $300 per family will be available for child care costs incurred because of attending the meeting. Allowable expenses include costs not previously covered, such as extra expenses at home if the child does not travel to the meeting city or for travel expenses for a caregiver to accompany the attendee and child to the meeting city.

The application period is from February 1 to March 2, 2018.
