Your submission does not need to align with the meeting theme. All submissions and presentations must be in the english language.
You do not have to be a member of LSA to participate in the meeting. Everyone attending the meeting is expected to register. Compliance is important for keeping our fees affordable. Only those who register will be included on the official LSA Annual Meeting Program (online and printed), or be allowed to present papers, or attend presentations and other functions. Registrants should wear their meeting badges at all times when at LSA Annual Meeting functions

Exemptions: Exempted additional appearances include on a Program Committee selected Author Meets Reader session, on an Author Meets Reader Salon, on a plenary session, a service panel, or other special event solicited and/or authorized by the Program Committee Chairs. For all other requests, there will be no exception to the rule.
Being a “non-presenting” paper co-authors does not count as your participation if they do not sit on the session panel and present the paper (Select “non-presenter” when the co-author is added to papers).
It is expected that you will allow your name to be added to the program only in accordance with these limitations. You will be required to withdraw participations that exceed the limit.
