Session Requirements and Instructions

Professional Development (Service) Panels and Plenaries are entered only by the Program Committee.

Please remember that for Paper Sessions all the individual papers must be submitted prior to building the session. It is the Session Organizer's responsibility to add papers to their session, not the individual paper submitter – your session cannot be submitted without having 4-6 papers on it. Please also remember that the participants of your session must confirm their roles in order for your session to be able to be finalized. All submissions must be completed and finalized by 11:59 pm ET on October 25th.

The Program Committee reserves the right to make changes to any panel, including the addition of papers that appear to fit with the focus of the panel.
