Session Requirements and Instructions

Professional Development (Service), Public Outreach Panels and Plenaries are entered only by the Program Committee.

Please remember that for Paper and Salon Sessions all the individual papers must be submitted prior to building the session. It is the Session Organizers' responsibility to add papers to their sessions, not the individual paper submitters. Your session cannot be submitted without having 4-6 papers on it (2-3 papers for a Salon). Please also remember that the other participants of all sessions must confirm their roles in order for your session to be able to be finalized. All submissions must be completed and finalized by 11:59 pm ET on October 19th.

The Program Committee reserves the right to make changes to any panel, including the addition of papers that appear to fit with the focus of the panel.
